Hellenic Coast Guard: Mass exodus of Athenians from Attica ports to the islands
Port authorities in Attica are facilitating the mass exodus of travelers and excursionists who are leaving the city of Athens in their thousands during the summer’s hottest weekend so far, the Hellenic Coast Guard reported on Saturday, according to ANA
On Friday, 24,776 passengers and 5,420 cars boarded ferries at the port of Piraeus, 2,992 passengers and 831 cars at Lavrion port, and 7,325 passengers and 1,803 cars at the port of Rafina.
